I ordered shoes as the Christmas gift. The parcel was delivered via Fed Ex, but it did not arrive at my address. I opened a case for Stock X and they issued an immediate refund. I placed a new order for the shoes, and had Stock X was shipped by UPS, instead of Fed Ex. I received my second package. Stock X handled this quickly. The only downside was that I had a desire to talk to Stock X, but that was not an option.
