It's impossible to predict how it will result in buying a brand name such as this from any site however the quality was perfect. My husband was delighted with it as an Father's Day gift and adjusting the links was not too difficult. We didn't have the tools for the job so we had to make it ourselves. I highly recommend anyone ensure that they buy the right size tool with their purchase to eliminate the problem. Apart from that there's nothing about this gorgeous piece I do not like. A great present!
